Good byE my Kubuntu 6.10

Well, this is the end story of my lovely Operating System Kubuntu 6.10 (Edgy)... I'll install Ms Windows XP SP 2 on my Computer soOn...

I used Kubuntu 6.10 as my OS around 6 months ago, there is a lot of part from this Operating System that I love. Since I wanted to increase my knowledge about Linux. So, I learned many kinds of linux command, linux system administration, server configuration, application development in linux, and also very exciting look 'n feel with new user interface that really amazing from KDE...

But, life must go On :D... I'll always remembering this OS, that always give me something new, thank's a lot to my Firefox for being my surfer on the net... my Amarok, that always played my favorite music... my Konsole, for being administration 'n command control... my Apache + PHP, for being my localhost web server... and the other's application, that really great apps...

Better World will Come?? What do You Think??

Well, really hard question... let me show you the fact..

• That's a lot of miserable disaster come to all over the world... earthquake, civilian war, tsunami, etc...
• More bad crime that want to hurt everyones that have different thought, style, more over about culture, idealism, politic, religion, etc...
• etc... that very a lot of side / reason, why our world became so BAD???

There is a lot of thought that this is the end of the world... we'll gonna die and world will be destroyed... are you agree with that??

I think, this is a process to the be mature world... that everybody will know each other, seeing that we all have the same purpose to have better live, we don't want to always in the bad situation (war, conflict, etc...), so way it can't be happen??

Well, let me describe it as analogical perspective :
When we want to build our new house that will have more beautiful stuff, furniture, strong building and also a lot of fun in our family, actually we'll think to sacrifice our old house (we can buy the new house or we'll destroy the old house)... very realistic way, don't you???

So, maybe it's the same process for our world today... the destruction way will be become the most beautiful world that we dream about...

Hmmm... kali ini dalam bahasa Indonesia ya... :D

Suatu ketika [ pada masa yang lalu / jadul banget :D ], terdapatlah seorang bandit yang sangat bandit (halah, mbulet banget)... intinya, dia bernama si Badrun, yang sangat suka mencuri, pembohong kelas satu, dan juga penjudi yang ulung... [ lengkap banget sifat buruknya, mau nambahin?? :D ]...

Walaupun begitu, dia seringkali berfikir untuk bisa mengurangi, bahkan mengikis habis sifat buruknya tersebut [ realy nice idea, but never did happen :D ]... si Badrun selalu terpancing untuk melakukan semua kebiasaan buruknya tersebut, lagi, lagi, dan lagi.... Sampai suatu saat, si Badrun bertemu dengan orang yang sangat Bijak banget (si Badrun kok bisa tau ya, kalo tuh orang bijak banget??? :D)...

Orang bijak tersebut mendengarkan semua keluhan si Badrun tentang sifat-sifat buruknya yang sulit ia kendalikan... Akhirnya, orang bijak tersebut menganjurkan agar si Badrun untuk mengingat-ingat apa yang akan dikatakannya... yakni, "Jujur"... sehingga, orang bijak itu berharap si Badrun mengingat pesan itu saja sebelum melakukan hal apapun....

Awalnya, si Badrun benar-benar tidak percaya akan nasehat orang bijak tersebut, lha sifat buruknya sangat banyak, tapi kok obatnya cuma hanya dengan "Jujur"... tapi, si Badrun berupaya untuk mengingat pesan orang bijak tersebut...

Berikut ini rentetan kejadian yang menggugah hati si Badrun untuk benar-benar merubah jalan hidupnya....

• Saat si Badrun sedang dalam perjalanan pulang, dia melihat ada seekor kambing tetangga yang tidak dijaga oleh pemiliknya... "Wah, rejeki nomplok nih...", pikir si Badrun. Tentunya, si Badrun mengingat apa yang dipesankan oleh si orang bijak, yakni "Jujur", akan tetapi dia berpikir tidak ada orang yang melihatnya, sehingga dia terpancing untuk mencuri kambing tersebut... (wah, si Badrun kok belum berubah??)

• Setibanya dirumah, si Badrun kebingungan untuk menyembunyikan kambing yang dibawanya... Tentunya si kambing juga selalu mengembik ... sehingga, istri si Badrun mengetahui bahwa si kambing merupakan hasil kejahatan [ istilahnya agak sadis :D ] suaminya... tentunya si Badrun tidak bisa mengelak, karena untuk kali ini, si Badrun benar-benar mengingat dan melaksanakan nasehat si orang bijak untuk berkata jujur perihal kambing tersebut, sehingga si Badrun terpaksa mengembalikan kambing itu ke tetangganya... ("si Badrun ketahuan deh...") :D...

• Tapi, belum juga jera dengan sifat bohong dan mencuri, kali ini si Badrun benar-benar kecanduan untuk berjudi dan minum-minum bersama teman-temannya... lha kok, sebelum berangkat dari rumah si Badrun dicekal dulu oleh istrinya, ditanya mau kemana dan akan melakukan apa??... [ hayo... jawab yang jujur lho Drun... :D ]... weleh-weleh, si Badrun benar-benar gak bisa berkutik dengan pertanyaan istrinya, akhirnya dia berkata jujur (cie... udah berubah nih... ) dan tentunya sang istri tidak mengizinkan suaminya untuk melakukan hal buruk itu... well, si Badrun pun gak jadi berbuat buruk deh.... [ congRat ya Drun... :) ].

Akhirnya, berangsur-angsur sifat si Badrun bisa berubah.... well, that's all the answer for Badrun's question about his bad habbit... Sehingga, tidak salah jika ada kutipan yang pernah saya baca adalah sebagai berikut :

• "Kejujuran adalah dasar dari segala Kebajikan."
  

Internal Audit Application System

2 months ago, i did my intern-job for research in Semen Gresik (Gresik City, near Surabaya) with my team. They wanted us to make their Internal Audit Application System. There is not too complicated, but always something missed about business rule when we tried to implemented it.

I decided to use Code Igniter PHP framework for the server side scripting method, that really awesome stuff for PHP developer (based on MVC concept and also Object Oriented Programming), this is the welcome note from CodeIgniter website:

Hello everybody there...

let me introduce myself...

Now, I'm just a student in computer engineering Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology in Surabaya, Indonesia. Please visit that link to get more information about my campus :D...

I'm interested in web application since I'm in my last first year school. I tried to make my own website, but there is always some project that must I did it for my own experience and also for some money :D... I'm worked in a lot of PHP framework, JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, HTML, and also I learn a lot about .NET framework (C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET) for my task in campus. But there is just a little introduction about my favorite activity (do more code :D )...

I want to know everybody around the world, hope that we can share, do more fun (although just in the web), and anything...
